Cozy and complete apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends. Very comfortable, it is located near the Anjos metro station (Green Line), a very central place of the city and easy access to the main sights and restaurants of Lisbon. A few meters from the Miradouro do Monte Agudo, the apartment makes you to be hosted in a quiet and residential neighborhood, surrounded by supermarkets and commerce, at the intersection of the paths to the touristic spots. The space The apartment has two bedrooms with a queen size bed each. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove and oven, washing machine, microwave, pans and complete cutlery, and a living room with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access The apartment is located close to the Anjos metro station (Green Line). For access with lots of suitcases, it is recommended to use a taxi or UBER, as to get to the apartment you need to climb a steep street (Rua de Angola, Anjos). Other things to note For your stay, we provide by default: * Bedding (fitted sheet + duvet cover + duvet); * Bath towels (1 bath towel per guest + 1 face towel); * Bathroom mat; * Kitchen towel. For stays longer than 7 days, we will provide an extra bath towel, at no additional cost. For stays longer than 14 days, in addition to the extra towels, we will provide a second set of bedding (fitted sheet + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases), also free of charge, so guests can manage their own linen changes during the stay. For stays longer than 30 days, extra bath towels will be provided and a mid-stay cleaning (bathroom and floor cleaning) will be scheduled, including a bed linen change, at no extra cost. For additional linen requests, the following extra fees apply: * Bath towel (2x) and face towel (2x): €20 * Sheet (fitted or flat): €10 / unit * Duvet with cover: €50 / unit **Extra pillows are not available. Optional use of a baby cot for children up to 2 years old, with an additional fee of €30 per stay (charged through the platform). Baby cot + high chair set available for €45 per stay.
