The space The apartment is ideal to spend nice and relaxing holidays surrounded by a quiet and green atmosphere. The apartment is composed as follows: spacious bedroom with double bed (possibility to add a baby cot) and 1 single bed (possibility to add another single bed), renovated bathroom (february 2020) with shower and hair dryer, modern kitchen well equipped with kitchenware, pots, induction cookers, fridge, toaster, kettle, mixer and microwave. Living room with sofa bed (2 separate beds), tv and dining area, washingmachine, iron and ironing board. Free wifi in the apartment. You have to possibility to ask for a baby cot and for a baby chair. All the rooms are very spacious. I have alreday rented this apartment for 5 years, with my dad's help and I have gained every year the superhost mark, unfortunately for law reasons I had to create other ads due to the property passage, so we have lost all the positive reviews, more than 250. Guest access A beautiful garden is also available. In the garden there is a gazebo with table and chairs suitable to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The garden is equipped with toys for children. There's also the possibility to ask for the barbecue to organize grills. Other things to note At the arrival we'll ask the stay tax for the municipality of Stresa, € 1,00 per person per day.
