This 2-bedroom apartment, renovated in 2019, can accommodate up to 6 people: it consists of a master bedroom (twin bed), a 2nd bedroom (2 separate beds), a shower room with toilet, a separate toilet, an equipped kitchen, open to the living room (fireplace, sofa bed)/dining room. It is perfectly located on the village square, a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, Wellness & Spa, etc. Once there, no need for a car! The space The accommodation is located on the 5th floor of a building (elevator to the 4th floor, then stairs inside the apartment) facing south with stunning views of the Rhône Valley. It is not recommended for children under 7 years old because of the openwork railing, securing the staircase inside the apartment. It is equipped with a TV connected to cable, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, an oven, an induction cooktop, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), a kettle, a toaster. Board games are also available to tenants. In the basement of the building, a closed garage can be made available to you for CHF 100.-- per week during the winter period, made available free of charge for all other periods. The cleaning fee includes: - cleaning at the end of the stay, knowing that the apartment must be returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness; - towels and sheets for a maximum of 4 people. An extra CHF 15.-- per person per night applies from 5 people, maximum 6 people.
