Our little house (48 m² + terrace+ private patio) is 5 minutes away from terminus of the tram (France Alouette stop), bus stops, 15 minutes from a small station from which trains lead to Arcachon in 50 minutes, and 15 minutes from the airport (bus nr 39). It is located in our large garden in a quiet neighbour-hood. THE SWIMMING-POOL IS NOT IN SERVICE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL INCLUDED. Brewery/grocery store/caterer at 400 m open 7 days a week. Quiet pets welcome ! The space Well equipped with air conditioning, TV channel available in the living room : BBC, CNN, Netflix, Amazone Prime and many others Guest access Garden, pool, place to park your car Other things to note You may give your laundry to the landlord who will have it washed and ironed (small extra fees for the ironing service only). The bathroon is small but nobody complained about it until now.
