Our little house (48 m² + terrace+ private patio) is 5 minutes away from terminus of the tram (France Alouette stop), bus stops, 15 minutes from a small station from which trains lead to Arcachon in 50 minutes, and 15 minutes from the airport (bus nr 39). It is located in our large garden in a quiet neighbour-hood. THE SWIMMING-POOL IS NOT IN SERVICE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL INCLUDED. Brewery/grocery store/caterer at 400 m open 7 days a week. Quiet pets welcome !
