LOCATION: The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, accessible via a convenient stairway that leads directly from the street to the sand—perfect for spontaneous dips in the Mediterranean. HOUSE LAYOUT: The house is spread over three spacious floors, designed for comfort and relaxation: GROUND FLOOR A modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area. Large sliding doors open to the garden/terrace, featuring outdoor dining furniture, a grill, and spectacular sea views—perfect for al fresco dining. On this floor there are two double bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bathroom with a shower. Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Giverola, Cala Pola, and all beaches between Tossa de Mar and Blanes. The charming town of Tossa de Mar is just 8 km away. Known for its beautiful beaches, medieval old town, and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a family-friendly destination with a wide range of watersports, excellent restaurants, from cozy tapas bars to fresh seafood spots.
