Baltic Sea Nearby Vacation Rental House in the Forest First Floor

My beautiful accommodation is fantastically nestled in the Scharbeutzer Heide and close to the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment has a large open natural garden, which invites you to barbecue. The property has a private swimming spot to Großer Pönitz See within 400 m distance. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that electricity costs for the heating & light are still added and will be charged at 0.45 euros per kWh The space The "Haus am Wald" is divided into two separate approx. 48 sqm apartments: one 2-room app upstairs and downstairs. The house has a private lake access/ swimming area to Lake Pönitzer. Amenities per apartment - 1 living/ dining room: - A sofa, a high quality kitchenette with all the extras - 1 modern shower room - 1 bedroom: a double bed - 1 storage room - A large loggia or partially covered terrace - Free parking On request a bread delivery service! Chamber use in the cooler season, only in agreement with the landlady, no basic permission to use the fireplace - individually, firewood removal allowed exclusively by the landlady - 10.00 euros per wooden basket Guest access Through the house entrance door and the main hallway you will reach your locked ground floor apartment. All windows are also lockable, as are your garden furniture. You can use the protected private terrace with the garden area alone. Furthermore, the cottage includes a piece of forest. A path leads about 80m away into the woods. In about 300 meters there is a private lake access to the Großer Pönitzer See. This may be shared with the guests in the upstairs apartment. The property is made of an approximately 1000 sqm lawn area with old trees and two benches. The shallow natural bathing spot was refilled with beach sand. Other things to note Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the apartment. Please bring slippers (no underfloor heating - partly foot-cold tiles). The host decides individually about the use of the fireplace and only after personal instruction. There are 10.00 euros fees for the wooden basket (will be paid on site). Bed linen optional €20.00 per person/stay, towel package €16.00. I recommend renting bikes. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest. You can drive super comfortably through the forest to the Baltic Sea or along the road on the well-developed bike path. This also leads to the sea and from there along the Baltic Sea coast on the Europaf bike route. A carefree round service is available at tobis bike rental. The bikes will be taken directly to the cottage and picked up from there. During the rental, the rental is a constant point of contact and helps with problems or breakdowns.
