Baltic Sea Nearby Vacation Rental House in the Forest First Floor

My beautiful accommodation is beautifully nestled in the Scharbeutzer Heide and close to the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment has a large open natural garden that invites you to barbecue. The accommodation includes a private bathing area on the Great Pönitz Lake 400 m away. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that electricity costs for heating and light are still added and are charged at 0.45 euros per kWh The space The "Haus am Wald" is divided into two separate apartments of about 48 sqm: One 2-room apartment each on the upper floor and on the ground floor. The house has private lake access/a bathing spot to Lake Pönitz. Amenities per apartment - 1 living/dining room: - A sofa, a high-quality kitchenette with all the extras - 1 modern shower bath - 1 bedroom: one double bed - 1 storage room - A large loggia or partially covered terrace - Free parking A bread delivery service on request! Fireplace use in the cooler season, only in consultation with the landlord, no basic permission for fireplace use - individual, fireplace wood removal only permitted by the landlord - 10.00 euros per wood basket Guest access Through the front door and the main hallway you will reach your locked ground floor apartment. All windows are also lockable, as is your garden furniture. You can use the sheltered private terrace with the garden area alone. The vacation home also includes a piece of forest. A path leads about 80 m away into the woods. About 300 m away is a private lake access to the Great Pönitz Lake. You can share this with the guests in the upstairs apartment if necessary. The property consists of an approx. 1000 m² lawn with old trees and two benches. The shallow natural bathing area was filled with beach sand. Other things to note Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the apartment. Please bring slippers (no underfloor heating - partially cold tiles). The hostess decides individually about the use of the fireplace and only after personal instruction. A fee of 10.00 euros is charged for the wood basket (paid on site). Bed linen optional 20.00 euros per person/stay, towel package 16.00 euros. I recommend renting bicycles. The cottage is on the edge of the forest. You can ride super comfortably through the forest to the Baltic Sea or along the road on the well-developed bike path. This also leads to the sea and from there along the Baltic Sea coast on the European cycle route. You can get a carefree all-round service at tobis bike rental. The bicycles are brought directly to the vacation home and picked up from there. During the rental, the rental company is always a contact person and helps with problems or breakdowns. The prices are quite okay. I have put together a brochure in the vacation home. There you will find cycling routes along the sea or along the manor houses embedded in the great landscape in Holstein Switzerland.
