There's about 50 houses in the village, one restaurant "Rascacom(e)" (2 minutes walk from the house), one church (5 minutes walk), and the entire mountain to explore. Nearest beach is "Praia da Rasca" (river beach) and its about 3 minutes drive, 15/20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes on bicycle. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place, games like Jenga, Cards, Chess, the terrace & barbecue area, lemons from the lemon tree, and outdoor car parking with gate (next to the lemon tree). Other things to note - Because the residence is in a valley of Arrábida National Park, some telecommunications companies don't have maximum signal. Wifi is free in the entire house. - The single beds bedroom and the bathroom with a bath tub is separated from the main house, by a little outside corredor (the same that links the house to the terrace). - You'll need a car to move around.
