The Main cycle path that passes directly by and several themed cycle paths in the district of Kitzingen offer many opportunities to get around by bike. The Steigerwald is 15 km away, which opens up many options for hikers. We are 20 km from Würzburg, 35 km from Rothenburg ob der Tauber and 85 km from Bamberg and Nuremberg. After the first visit, this idea matured further, we bought and renovated the building in 2014/15. The aim was to be able to offer guests beautiful vacation rentals (the "heaven") at market prices. In addition, part of the idea was to renovate the old guest room (the "Hölle" ["Hell"]).
