Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms The space Accommodation is for a maximum of 8 and the following features are available for your enjoyment: Upstairs: Open plan living with a r/c air conditioner, dishwasher, smart TV, DVD, radio/cd player, microwave, bathroom with bath, and shower and WC. There is a stair gate at top of stairs for your convenience with the little ones. The upper level has a spacious lounge area with floor to ceiling windows that accentuates the unobstructed views. The waterside balcony and the large decking area at the rear of the house, with outdoor furniture, are just the spots for entertaining and relaxation. Downstairs: Laundry with washing machine and bathroom (toilet and shower), family room with a smart TV, DVD, electric heater, CD / radio / tape player and table tennis table. There is a Gas BBQ available for use. Please note: We DO NOT have Wi-Fi at the Beach House For all bookings a linen service is included. All beds are made up with full linen. Beds are provided with sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas and doona covers. Personal towels and tea towels are also provided. The 'cleaning fee' covers the cost of the linen and cleaning the property. This property is a SMOKE FREE ZONE. Ample off street parking is available.
