Welcome to beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea coast! The studio (little sister of the apartment ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car. The space The property is centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The studio is divided into a large living/sleeping area, which is separated by some birch trunks. The bathroom has a large shower. The new kitchen and dining area are in the entrance area and are modernly furnished. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included, but can be rented on request. Cost per person per stay (bed linen and towel set): 10 euros A private free parking space is right by the house. The visitor's tax of EUR 3.20 per person/night for adults and EUR 1.00 per person/night for children is paid in cash on site. Period: 03/15 to 10/31/2026.
