Welcome to the "Marina" Apartments, a peaceful oasis located on the enchanting island of Čiovo — a small island just off the coast, connected to the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir by a charming drawbridge. Our modern Mediterranean house stretches across three levels — the ground floor and two upper floors — and is set within a lovingly maintained 450 m² garden. Surrounded by majestic pine trees, the garden is alive with the colours and scents of lavender, gardenias, bougainvilleas, and grapevines The space Apartment D is located on the ground floor and offers 50 m² of comfortable living space. It includes two bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds — a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a small private terrace. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it a perfect choice for families or small groups. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee in one of the garden’s peaceful corners or enjoying the sunset from the terrace, the relaxing charm of the Dalmatian coast is always within reach. Guest access You'll also find sun loungers and a beach umbrella available for relaxing by the sea. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so we kindly ask that you bring your own. In the shared garden area, guests can enjoy two charcoal barbecues — perfect for long summer evenings. The outdoor swimming pool is heated throughout the season, with the water temperature maintained at a minimum of 24°C to ensure a comfortable swim, even on cooler days. For your comfort and entertainment, the apartment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a smart TV. If you're traveling with a small child, we’re happy to provide a baby cot and a high chair. Just let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for your arrival. Other things to note Please kindly prepare the €100 refundable security deposit in case of any damages — this will be collected in cash by Alicia upon check-in and returned on your departure day after the apartment has been inspected. We also kindly ask you to have your passports or ID cards ready upon arrival so we can register you through the eVisitor system, as required by Croatian law. Please note that a tourist tax of €1 per person per day is payable in cash upon check-in.
