The space Just a few minutes stroll from the town square the townhouse has main door access and is set over 3 floors with private roof garden. On the ground floor you have a Living area with log burner, TV and WC. Moving up the stairs onto the first floor you have a large dining kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, air conditioning etc. The second floor houses two air conditioned double bedrooms, a WC with shower and the washing machine. The private roof garden is accessed from the 2nd floor, for your comfort it has a sun shelter that covers approximately half of the garden. Under the shelter you will find a table and chairs for alfresco dining which you can cook on the gas BBQ. Two sun loungers are provided for your use as the roof garden is a sun trap and gets sun all day, it is an ideal spot if you like to soak up the rays. If reading a book in the shade is more your thing the large sun shelter is the place for you. Parking can be found on Calle Arroyo which is 1 minute walk from the house. Guest access Entire house including roof garden Other things to note Competa is a traditional white Spanish village built on the side of the mountain, there are a lot of hills in the village. The house is a traditional town house with lots of stairs, so it could be unsuitable for people with restricted mobility.
