'BEACHED' - Step Off The Deck And Onto The Sand

Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This absolute beachfront holiday home is the ultimate escape for those seeking relaxation, natural beauty, and comfort. Step straight off the deck onto the soft, sandy shores of stunning North Beach — no roads to cross. Enjoy uninterrupted beach views and breathtaking sunsets from the lounge room, dining area, and main bedroom. Whether you're sipping a morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine, the ocean is always in sight. The space KITCHEN: - Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle ....- fully equipped - Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and long life milk are provided - Salt, pepper, cooking oil, clingwrap, foils, baking paper and barbeque liners - The dining table seats 6, but is extendable if you need the extra room. - Pantry is not for guests' use but there's plenty of space for food supplies. BEDROOMS: - PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and towels are NOT supplied - For hygiene reasons both bottom and top sheets must be used. - Quilts, pillows and extra blankets are provided. - Both queen beds have an electric blanket. - Dresser, wardrobe and hangers in main room, tall boys and hooks for hanging in other bedrooms - Split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms BATHROOMS: - Ensuite in bedroom 1 and also a main bathroom with shower, bath & toilet - Soap on tap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided - Also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water to wash off after the beach LOUNGE AREA: - 55" Smart TV and a selection of family board games. - Wood combustion heater (BYO firewood) - Reverse cycle split system for heating/cooling. LAUNDRY: - Front loading washing machine (powder provided) - Iron and ironing board - Cleaning products - Kids cupboard - sand play toys BARBEQUE: - A four burner barbeque with gas bottle (in-use and also a spare) - Please ensure you clean the barbeque after use (the cleaner charges an additional $50 fee should it need doing). - BBQ tools and bbq liners are kept in the kitchen OTHER: - DECK AREA: Outdoor setting - Free and fast Internet with unlimited downloads (Starlink) - Split system air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms - Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and off street parking - Please note, the garage is not for guests' use. There are strictly no parties, functions or pets allowed at 'Beached' and bond will be forfeited if this ruling is not adhered to. This helps ensure our beautiful home is kept to the standard our guests should expect. There is a 3 night minimum stay for 'Beached.' Guest access The entire house (with the exception of the pantry) is available to guests. The external garage is not available - it is for private use only Other things to note Please note that linen and towels are not provided so you will need to bring your own. For hygiene reasons, both a bottom and top sheet must be used.
