Maldon - perfectly located beach town cottage

Maldon is one of Wallaroo's old lime stone & granite cottages. A privately owned cottage so centerally located you can leave your car and walk to almost everything & has just undergone a total revitalization right through out in refeashing and family friendly decor. The back yard bosts has an awesome Alfrasco BBQ area nestled amongst the old stone fence and paved with old red bricks where you can comfortably seat 10 secluded in the large fully lawned surrounds. Many extras at no extra cost. The space Maldon was built over 100 yeas ago out of local line stone and granite used as ballasts in the ships that sailed over from Wales to load the copper mined in the area in the mid 1800's. Beautiful restored baltic pine flooring throughout along with Jarrah in the kitchen. All painting has been done with your health in mind with all final coats done in low VOC paint and calm colours in the bedrooms and main lounge while the white adds freshness to the other living and amenities areas. The kitchen is a unique handmade exposed industrial theme with natural Oregon benches with a full sized fridge and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plenty of cooking utensils, quality crockery and cutlery enough for 8 plus plastics for our door use and younger children. Main lounge with large flat screen fitted with a nintendo WII. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with two sets of bunks, (suitable for children) Sun room with second TV with inbuilt DVD player (small DVD library in house). A few games and toys. Bathroom with full size bath, separate shower, hair dryer. Full laundry with front loader washer, dryer and full-sized ironing board. Clothes airier and full sized outside clothes line. The garden has been designed to offer space for family enjoyment and your own privacey to get away from it all. A modern BBQ and dining setting with large pivoting sun umbrella makes the Alfresco area a popular place to be with our guests. Also some extras available for you to use at no extra cost like a small inhouse DVD libary, a ninitendo WII, some games, toys, a small amount of fishing gear. Guest access The whole house and garden is yours to enjoy plus the added extras of Tea, coffee and a variety of herbal teas, Porta cot, Baby Bath & High chair. Other things to note Please do: • Relax and feel free to use everything available to you in the cottage and yard with the exception of the tree house. • Let the children play with all the toys and games available. • The beach toys are allowed to the beach. Please don’t: • This is a completely smoke free zone, please do not smoke anywhere in the cottage. • No pets in the house unless prior arrangement have been made.
