THIS fresh and modern elevated home features views over the city of Port Lincoln out to the blue of Boston Bay. The front balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy summer breezes. An open-plan area has reverse cycle air conditioning and opens to the front balcony via sliding doors. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a double and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed plus single bed. A free-standing bath in the main bathroom is a great place to soak away the day. The master has an ensuite. The space There is a spacious open plan area at the front of the home with a lounge room, kitchen, and dining area. This opens via large stacking sliding doors which create a wide opening to the roomy deck out the front. There are lovely views available from the front of the home, looking out over the city and to the blue ocean beyond. The balcony is a great spot to just relax, feel the breeze, and watch the world go by. The open plan area has a reverse cycle air conditioner. There is a comfy lounge in front of a 50" plasma television. A large fridge with a freezer has lots of room for provisions. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceran glass cooktop, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and a variety of pots, pans, servers, utensils, crockery, and cutlery. We provide a complementary selection of tea, coffee, and basic pantry items to start you off. There are four bedrooms in total. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bunk bed plus another single bed and a wall mounted television. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The fourth bedroom, the master bedroom, has a walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom with a wall-mounted television. The ensuite has a glass-enclosed shower, vanity, and second toilet. The main bathroom has a separate toilet, a large freestanding bath with a shower head in a separate room, and a powder room style vanity area. There is a front door and sliding door access into the laundry. There is a new front loading washing machine and a rear yard with clothesline. There is parking available for two cars. The yard is currently not enclosed. This house was built in 2016, so relatively new. There are modern fixtures and fittings throughout, in neutral tones. Self-check-in is available and I am only a message away if guests need any assistance during their stay. This is a great modern home with lots of room for all the family to enjoy a comfortable home base while exploring our wonderful region. Other things to note We also offer the cottage next door which may suit larger families/groups. This is a three-bedroom/two-bathroom home, built in the 1940s with lots of updates but also lots of original retro features. The cottage is pet-friendly and fully fenced. Please note there is a steep drop from the balcony to the ground and ensure that small children are not left unattended on the balcony. There is a sloping driveway to the front door and four steps just before the front door. Once inside, the floor is one-level.
