The building has an elevator.The elevator measurements in the features section in Airbnb may not be accurate. Always ask us! Please note that there is ongoing construction in the building next door, which may cause noise from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Other things to note Check-in and key collection take place at our reception at Calle Carretería 43. Check-in hours: from 16:00 Customer service opening hours: 11:00 - 19:00 Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you plan to arrive after 19:00 please contact us so we can organise your arrival. The Wifi password is located on the front door of the accommodation. Due to the central location of this accommodation, external noise nuisance (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties) may occur and will not be compensated for. It is important to note that cleaning service is not included in the accommodations, nor are towels and sheets changed for stays of less than 7 nights.
