PARKING Exclusively outside the property and garden. Thank you. See below. FEATURES - This old house has a peculiarity in the two bedrooms on the floor, whose floor "sings" underfoot. This is not the case with the ground floor room. - In summer, the air conditioning condensation water drainage system on the landing of these rooms can make a small pump noise, absolutely normal, which persists 5 minutes after shutdown. If necessary, refresh the rooms at dinner time and turn them off overnight. - There are also church bells that can wake you up in the morning! The angelus is at 7 a.m. in the morning... It can also be very appreciated... or, not even noticed!! THERE you go! You know everything or almost everything! Guest access The entire house is accessible except for 3 rooms on the garden level. The barn is also open, but it is requested not to play ball in it, and especially not to try to climb to the top of the barn. The spacing of the bars is up to standard and without any risk for the little ones. On the other hand, the wooden steps are without risers (see pictures). Be sure to install the appropriate protective barriers (photos to help you install them in the House Manual). - an external stone staircase leading from the garden to the kitchen. The bars of the ramp are wider than the standards, so care must be taken to install the protective barriers at the kitchen door or to supervise the little ones. - BABY EQUIPMENT available: - Foldable travel crib with high edges, bottle warmer, high chair, baby dishes and some cutlery, bib, outlet covers, a relaxing baby seat, a foldable playpen, a baby bath with its soft fabric seat, baby monitoring audio system with night light + another night light.
