A total of 60 square meters of living space are spread over two levels with spacious dining, living and sleeping areas, separate bedroom with double bed, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and bath. An all-round beautiful view, a patio on the ground floor overlooking a large, open meadow and beautiful oak trees complete the ambience and the possibilities of use. Children are always welcome. Pets may be brought by appointment.
