This room has a private entrance and bathroom. It is very comfortable, quite and peaceful. It's furnished with all your amenities. It's centrally located and close to several attractions. Gas, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop and one mile approximately to the beach. The space This is a perfect getaway place. It is quiet and pleasant. It is newly and fully remodeled. There is a queen size bed that is very comfortable , with an electric warming mattress cover, so you can rest well after a fun filled day on the Monterey Peninsula. We have a microwave, refrigerator, snacks, TV and a Hot & Cold water dispenser for your drinking pleasures. We also offer free WiFi and parking very close to your door . You have a private entrance and a full private bathroom with a shower that has a soft water system, which is good for your hair and skin. There are two bathrobes behind the bathroom door for you to relax in, after your nice shower! Please understand there will be times that I might not be able to greet you in person when you arrive. If you need advice about the area or have any questions, you can download the App called Very Local it might be helpful, sometimes there is a weekly magazine in the room for more information. There are so many events to enjoy at different times of the year, so come and enjoy! A lot of guests said they wish they had booked at least TWO NIGHTS instead of one! Our neighborhood offers a lot of conveniences. There are restaurants, fast food places, Walgreens Pharmacy, Safeway grocery store and bus stops just a few blocks away. We are close to the beach, Monterey Fairgrounds, Navy School and just minutes away from downtown Monterey and Cannery Row, where the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium is located and close to beach access. Guest access When you get to the house immediately turn left to park in our front yard. Park on the right hand side leaving enough room so that someone can park on the left side of you. You will be parked in front of our porch. To access your room enter the FRONT porch and your door will be on the right with a number 2 on the screen door. Other things to note CHECK OUT TIME IS NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM Check in time is 3:00 PM or later. Hours are flexible on approval text me when you arrive or are close.
