JANUARY 2019 COMPLETED ONE YEAR LONG WHOLE RENOVATION. Charming and romantic home located at 100 meters from THE PONTE VECCHIO. We have aimed at offering the maximum comfort combined with classic Italian design features and the choice of the most luxurious accessories and interior decoration. Two spacious bedrooms, up to 5 guests, with two bathrooms each complete with shower. Air conditioners in every room. The space The apartment is located on the first floor with 15 steps from the entrance. For efficient smart working we offer HIGH Speed WIFi Super Fiber by Fastweb The apartment sports a 43" Smart TV with Netflix and other internet channels and apps Airconditioning and heating in every bedroom and living room. Hairdryer Iron and iron board We offer in every bedroom memory foam mattress of 25 cms height and double pillows for each guest. The green bedroom has a kingsize bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower. The white and beige bedroom has two single beds which can be joined together to have a king size bed in case our guests want to sleep in the same bed and also we have an additional single bed for the 5th guest, also in the same bedroom. In front of this bedroom we have the second bathroom complete with shower. The apartment has a interior sophisticated fragrance The bathrooms features are made by Park Avenue, a Florentine manufacturers of elegant and luxurious bathroom porcelain. In every bathroom we offer a courtesy kit for shower/shampoo gel. Each guest will have set of two towels, one for the shower and one for the face. Our kitchen has: electric cooking appliances for more safety microwave oven kettle dishes and cutlery for 5 persons dishwasher refrigerator and big freezer Nespresso coffee machine and capsules Free tea bags Bread Toaster Guest access The whole apartment is available for our guests. Other things to note In case guests require a change of towels or sheets or another cleaning during their stay, we will apply a charge which will be communicated either before the arrival or during their stay according to the nature of their requests. Ideally we should know it before arrival in order to minimise the delivery costs of the laundry service. For the guests coming to Florence by car we suggest to use the application Parclick which will show rates and distance from our location. For the lower price parkings we suggest to use the reservation feature to make sure to find a place at arrival. From February 1st 2025 Florence Municipality has raised the City Tax from 5,50 to 6 euro per person per day and will be collected directly by Airbnb at the moment of reservation for reservations arrived after the above date.
