With high-end sheets, mattresses, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen, it's the perfect place to come home to after a day of adventures. This is a rare three story home in the heart of CB. There are 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, two common living spaces, two decks, a backyard patio for the summer, and two staircases. Come enjoy a comfortable basecamp for all of your CB adventures. There is something for everyone including an incredible view for those who just want to curl up on the couch for the day, two smart TVs, and several desks and work spaces for those WFHers. The third floor feels like a "master suite" with a king bedroom and bathroom as well as desk/work area, deck with fantastic north views down valley, and a separate sitting area and TV. The second floor has the main living/common space and two bedrooms (one king and one queen) that share a bathroom and that entire area can be closed off from the common area to create a family or group "suite". The first floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One king and one room with 2 bunk beds (4 twins total) and a bathroom between them - direct access from the king room. One room has a queen with direct access to a bathroom and a room with one bunkbed (two twin beds) right across the hall. Keyless smart lock entry with a code and the entire house will be yours. The garage is not available to guests, but there are six parking spaces and free additional street parking as needed. You will receive the contact information for a local property manager who will be available as needed and I can always be reached through Airbnb, otherwise you have full privacy for your stay. If you haven't had the pleasure of Elk Street and all of the surrounding gems of Crested Butte, you are in for a treat. You will be blocks from local markets, shops, bars, restaurants, trails, the nordic center and the bus. The free local shuttle picks up every 15 minutes directly across the street to go directly to the ski mountain - it drops you off right back in the same spot for door to door service both directions. Please note, I apologize that there are no pets allowed and no exceptions. The wood fireplace shown is not operable. For small children there is a Baby Bjorn pack and play, crib sheets, a high chair, two baby gates, a children's hiking backpack, a few basics for children's dishes/utensils, and a some simple toys and books.
