The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160cm wide) and access to a 12-square-meter terrace with a magnificent view of the dome of St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican, which can also be observed from the bed. In the living room, you will find two sofas that can be transformed into 130 cm wide sofa beds, providing space for up to six people. A Smart TV and a dining table complete the living room’s furnishings. The kitchen connects the living room to the bedroom but can be easily closed off from both sides with a door. It is equipped with an induction stove, a dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, and the essential ingredients for cooking. The bathroom features modern and stylish sanitary facilities, including a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. Guest access The building is in a safe residential area a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. In this area of Rome there is no traffic-limited zone (ZTL) and it can be easily reached by car. In front of the building is the Roma San Pietro train station, making it ideally and inexpensively connected by the regional train to Fiumicino Airport (one change in Trastevere). From the station, bus 64 also leaves about every 10 minutes, crossing the center and stopping near many main attractions such as Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Venezia (Roman Forum, Colosseum, Treviso Fountain) to Termini central station. Please note that due to the proximity to Roma San Pietro station, the passing trains and station announcements can be heard. When the windows are closed, it is hardly audible, but we want to point this out for noise-sensitive guests. The main entrance of the building is located within a fenced private property and is accessible on foot or by car through a steeply rising private road. There are parking spaces on the property, which can be used on request for €10 per day. The building has an elevator (elevator door 66 cm wide). The apartment is on the first floor of the building and can be reached on foot via the staircase or by elevator. Other things to note On request we can organize an airport pickup. Prices will be given at the time of booking. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, with the window door almost closed to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.
