This beautiful home comfortably accommodates 10 guests and still has space to spare (handy if a visiting friend has had one too many or your kids friends decided to come along). The home is just a few steps to Waiwera Beach which is quite safe for the kids for either long walks, swims or just simply lying on the beach watching native wood pigeons across the river in the Wenderholm Regional Park’s native forests perhaps even catch a glimpse of Kawahi jumping out of the water. Bring along your kayak / boat, fishing or snorkeling gear and paddle either upriver or down into white sandy Waiwera estuary and cove, great fishing and snorkeling just off and around Mahurangi Island. (Walk to the Mahurangi Island possible at low tide). Whatever’s in season, you will be still be spoilt for choice as holidays don’t come as often as we all wish they would so make them count. Plenty of off-street parking available as well as safe no traffic 10 meter crossing to beach via adjacent park like reserve. Bar and Resturant and Dairy 2mins walk. Wenderholm Regional Park within 15mins walk, Orewa, Silverdale, Whangaparaoa or Warkworth townships are 15 minutes drive for dining, exploring or shopping. Guest access Main house which is ground and 1st level. Basement Unit can be hired as extra/addon. Not let out separately. Guests will have exclusive use of property during their stay. Other things to note No cleaning services provided hence guests expected to leave property clean and tidy. Checkin Checkout instructions provided after booking. Property controlled by electronic lock - code will be generated and emailed 2-3 days prior to stay.
