These are efficiency style units made within the dwelling of a house. Each unit has its own bedroom, bathroom, tv and kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc). There is a common area with a much larger scale kitchen with stove and full-size refrigerator as well as a shared laundry area. There are some units that have their own private entrance and some that have to be accessed through the common area. We live within 2 miles of all 72 of our units. We certainly do not hover over our guests but we are available 24/7 for any issues that may arise. This is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is less than 2 miles from the local hospital. And is close to most large companies and educational facilities in Madisonville. Madisonville is a small town with about 20,000 residents. There is a limited bus transportation service. Bikes are an easy form of getting around especially as it relates to our hospital and educational facilities.
