Original 1930s Rustic Mountain Cabin, Just for Two. Walking distance to the Village. This is a cozy retreat with a large deck surrounded by tall trees. BBQ, Wifi, Projection Screen, Fireplace and Air Conditioning. (Note: This is a pet-free home) The space This home was built way back during the time of prohibition and the great depression. It has been our private historic restoration project for many years. We've mostly used it as our mountain getaway, and are now excited to open it up to guests. Guest access Whole House Other things to note Location: This cabin is located near the main loop that goes around the Lake. There is not a clear view of the Lake, but this location is great if you like to be near the center of activity and within walking distance to all of the Lake Arrowhead shops and attractions. During busy weekends and peak tourist season, there can be some traffic noise on this road. Lake Access: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake governed by the Arrowhead Lake Association and is for restricted use by Lake Arrowhead property owners. Property owners may invite Guests to use their RFID gate card to access the Lake Trail, if the name and contact of each guest are provided. Lake Trail Access Details: -The Property Owner must add the name of each Guest on the approved guest list in their ALA membership account. -Guests may use the Property Owner’s RFID card to access ALA Trail around Lake Arrowhead. Guests must be prepared to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license if requested. -Property Owners will receive a $1000 fine if their RFID card is used by an unregistered Guest. -Guests cannot store, register, or use any boats/watercraft (including, but not limited to power boats, sailboats, kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, or paddleboards) on the Lake. -Guests are prohibited from using the Beach Clubs, Parks, Fishing Dock, Lone Pine Island, and the Village docks. -Guests must carry photo identification, along with the Property Owner’s RFID card while on ALA property.
