POOL IS NOW OPEN! Watch the Morning Sunrise from the World Famous Daytona beach. Listen to the relaxing ocean waves from your balcony. Full Kitchen with Granite Counters. Spend all day lounging poolside and have access via a wooden ramp directly to the beach. You can rent boats along the Halifax River, go paddle boating, go on dolphin and manatee tours, visit Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Boardwalk all just minutes away!***Parking is only available for one car. The space POOL IS NOW OPEN!!! You will have access to the pool, beach ramp, the fitness center and the pool table room. Guest access You have access to the private pool area, fitness area and pool table. Other things to note There is only 1 guaranteed parking space in the garage. We provide 2 additional parking permits for the condo parking lot but that on a first come first serve bases. There is public beach parking one block from the condo, if needed, which is allows you to park overnight (please check signs to make sure the rules have not changed). During the summer parking becomes difficult as nonresidents use the parking lot to access the beach.
