Our Cabin sweet cabin is ready for you to enjoy. StarLink Wi-Fi -Cal King bed & futon in the bedroom with smart tv, sofa bed in the living room plus another sofa bed in the den. Cabin has wood paneling & wood beams making it very rustic and cozy with views of the woods and mountains out every window. Enjoy the wrap around deck with table&chairs to take in the view. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, living room w/flat screen tv, dvd player, wood stove. Come enjoy the cabin life! The space Entire cabin with 2 private decks and a fenced private backyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Set in Pine Mountain Club a private neighborhood in the forest. So much to see and do - hiking trails in the neighborhood and Los Padres Forest! Four seasons to explore. Privacy and views! No neighbors on 3 sides makes the cabin very private. Great wifi service for Netflix, Hulu, email and wifi calling supported! Privacy and tranquility awaits. Access to the clubhouse included, golfing (small tee fee), catch and release fishing at Ferns lake, tennis/pickle ball and a sparkling brand new beautiful swimming pool and spa at the clubhouse ($5 fee per guest for pool pass) as well as game room with pool tables, ping pong etc as well as bistro for dining and drinks. There is a great park with play structures and rock climbing wall for kids to enjoy (adults too!) basketball courts and baseball field! There are some restaurants, bakery, pubs, and general store in the village. BBQ for grilling in the cabin's very private fenced backyard. Kitchen is well stocked for any chef! We also provide a big turkey roaster and crock pot for your use. Sleeps 6 easily but can accommodate up to 8 guests. Stargazing is amazing and our views are too! So much privacy - you really know your in a cabin in the woods with all modern amenities. Cozy and homey lots of charm. Wood burning stove keeps the cabin toasty! We also have 3 room heaters (one looks like a wood stove if you want the ambiance without feeding the fire!) and 2 window air conditioners for warmer months and ceiling fans too! Dining table seats 5 plus the breakfast bar seats 2. The full kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave and oven/range, toaster, coffee pot and all cookware and even some spices and condiments. Cal King sized bed in bedroom as well as a futon couch that opens to a bed with roku smart tv, Living room has large flat screen tv with Roku and smart DVD player for Netflix -Hulu -etc and a queen sofa bed and the den also has a queen sized sofa bed. Lots of DVDs to enjoy as well as board games and puzzles. No cable tv - Roku and smart tv access as well as dvd library for you to enjoy. All bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels provided as well as body wash, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. We have tried to think of everything you need to be at home and enjoy your cabin time. Private driveway has parking for 3-4 vehicles. 2 baby/pet gates to help contain little ones. Cabin Sweet Cabin Awaits!~ In cold winter weather chains or 4 wheel drive can be required by CHP- our streets are snow plowed in the pine mountain club area in the snowy weather - there are lots of snow play areas in the forest - so bring your sleds and enjoy!! We are only about 45 minutes to Beautiful Pyramid Lake for great fishing, jet skiing and they offer boat and pontoon rentals for a nice day trip! Take the boat to one of the islands and picnic! Kern River is not far and Six Flags Magic Mountain is an hour away also! Guest access Entire private cabin for you to enjoy! Lower level deck, main level deck, fenced backyard and private yard with nature trail to enjoy. Hiking trails in our neighborhood as well as in the forest. Clubhouse has swimming pool and spa, golfing, game room, catch and release fishing at neighborhood -ferns lake, bistro, tennis/pickle ball. Community park has playground, basketball courts, baseball field and rock climbing wall. If you would like to venture out Six flags magic mountain is about an hour or less - pyramid lake is 30-45 minutes away they rent boats and pontoons for fishing there as well. Outlet shopping at Tejon Ranch 30 min away! Wilderness and nature hikes all around. Other things to note One or two well trained pets (under 50 pounds- larger upon approval -just ask) house broken and to be cleaned up after, are allowed with $60 per pet fee for their stay. Possibly a third pet with approval and additional pet fee. We know pets sometimes like to travel with a guest too! Pets must be inside a crate/kennel if left unattended in the cabin. During snowy winter weather our streets are snow plowed but chains can be required at any time for safety- please be prepared. Snow may need to be shoveled from the driveway as the snow plows are on the street only. There is a snow shovel at the cabin. Lost guest cards replacement cost $50 each - lost pool card $100 - lost cabin key $100
