If you are looking for a wonderful villa near some of the best beaches on the island, a charming place surrounded by nature, where you can share, relax and enjoy, this place is perfect for you. The space The villa is on a plot of 4.000m2, surrounded by nature, and is constructed in the classic Majorcan style with two levels and a great garden with swimming pool and a small private grove. Wonder at the sunset from the large terrace. Relax on the comfortable loungers with a glass of wine, take a refreshing midday swim in summer or snuggle up by the fire on an autumn evening. THE HOUSE It has 220 m2 built on two floors. The ground floor offers large porches, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, a toilet and laundry area. On the second floor we find a second living room, 3 bedrooms, two of them doubles with bathroom and a third bedroom with two single beds as well as a terrace with unobstructed views of the surroundings. The garden area is simply fantastic, wide with tall trees that makes it refreshing and very comfortable even when the temperatures are higher will always have large areas of shade if you wish throughout the day. The pool is 6 x 4 meters and 1.3m deep throughout. The pool is not heated. For smaller guests the house has 2 cots and 2 high chairs. All bedrooms have fly screens fitted to the windows. Guest access The house and its facilities are totally private. Guests will have access to all the house and open spaces during the stay.
