The space This is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home with a South facing private pool in the gated community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. The property offers an real sanctuary of tranquility as it overlooks the golf course between the second and third tee. This home offers super family accommodation in a wonderful spot The living room is bright and inviting and opens up perfect place for families to get together. The open plan living area looks onto the full size kitchen and dinette area. The kitchen also has a convenient breakfast bar for additional eating space. The family room is an open concept floor plan with tile flooring. The property boasts a large master suite on the first floor with golf course views and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. There are two twin bedrooms also upstairs and a family bathroom between the two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bright and airy queen bedroom with patio doors leading to the pool deck and lanai which overlooks the golf course. There is a full bathroom right next door so this offers a great option for anyone with a family member needing to avoid the stairs. The home is fully furnished and has laundry facilities. There is also a club house serving meals and drinks which is open to the public as well as wonderful walks around the community. Other things to note This home is provided on a self catering basis. The pool may be heated in the cooler months at a cost of $30 per day. Please note the home is self catering. We provide one toilet roll per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, some trash bags, dishwasher tablets and hand soap. Once these are used guests are required to provide their own supplies. We have full laundry facilities in the home. We do not supply detergent. We do not supply wash cloths as these are a personal item. Internet instructions, etc. are in the house manual. While in the Disney & parks "catchment area" the traffic/travel times can vary depending on season and be long - please refer to Host with questions prior to booking.
