Moonridge Mountain Retreat with Views and Hot Tub

Nestled into the trees, the cabin provides an escape to the calm of nature. Modern amenities in keeping with a heritage feel, the cabin is ideally situated in Upper Moonridge. You’ll enjoy a serene getaway where you can birdwatch from the balcony with your morning coffee, enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the hot tub on a brisk evening and still be close to all that Big Bear Lake has to offer. Please note that while the fireplace in this cabin is beautiful, it is not currently functional. The space This cabin has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed with fresh linens and comforters. Two full bathrooms, with fresh towels, washcloths and hand towels. As well as essential supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Both bathrooms are decorated with custom tile, and there are showers and bathtubs in each of the bathrooms. Cooking couldn’t be more enjoyable in our fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. For entertainment, there are three HD televisions with Roku. One in each bedroom, and one in the living room. WIFI is included. Cabin features: Hot Tub 68 Jet Arctic Spa. (4 person MAXIMUM capacity, including children, in/on hot tub deck) There are 4 large towels provided for use in Hot Tub. (These are in the large basket in the Master Bedroom) Balcony There are 3 decks/balconies. The upper deck with access from the living room/kitchen has beautiful views and birdwatching. The two lower balconies (one with hot tub) are accessible from each of the bedrooms. BBQ/Grill There is a BBQ/GRILL located on the upper deck outside the kitchen, which has a propane tank, for your use. Television HDTV in Living room, and both bedrooms, all with Roku/streaming. There is high speed internet throughout the cabin. Guest access You have full access to the cabin. Games There is a large selection of board games provided for your enjoyment during your stay. (They are located in the large wooden cabinet on the left as you enter the front door of the cabin.) Guest access You have full access to the cabin. Other things to note Frequently asked Questions: -Is there a fireplace in the cabin? No, the Fireplace is currently out of order and un-usable -Is there a spa? Yes, the cabin has a heated outdoor spa, located on the lower deck. Only 1 jet is operational unfortunately. The spa has a cover. Please keep the cover on when not in use. If you have any problems with the spa while you’re renting, please let us know right away. When using the spa, please rinse yourself off beforehand. Food or glassware are not permitted in the spa area at any time. For the safety of all guests, drinks are only allowed in plastic cups or aluminum cans. If a renter causes the hot tub to require draining, that expense will be charged to the renter. -Do you provide sheets and blankets? Yes, linens are provided for each bed in the cabin. They are professionally laundered after each stay. -Is there a place to do laundry nearby? Yes, the cabin has a washer and dryer. We do NOT provide laundry soap, detergent, dryer sheets etc. -How many towels are provided? We provide one bath towel for every sleeping spot, ie 4 sleeping spots will receive 4wash clothes and 4 body towels hand towels for each bathroom. There are also large towels provided for use with the Spa. You can wash and/or dry the towels in the laundry if you should need to. (Detergent not provided) -Where should I dump my trash? Please take your trash to the black trashcans outside in front of the house. If any trash is found inside the house, a $20 fee per bag will be charged. Please contact me if the outside trashcan is full. -Does the cabin have a full kitchen? Yes, the cabin comes with a full kitchen and is equipped with the following supplies; pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, flatware, and glassware! The cabin has a range & oven, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. The cabin also has a dishwasher for your convenience. We ask that you empty the refrigerator when you leave. Please bring any supplies you think that you will need; aluminum foil, plastic wrap, storage containers, coffee, creamer etc. -Is there parking at the cabin? The cabin has room for two vehicles. There is no parking on the street. It is against city ordinance, and you may be towed. Please have chains. We are not responsible if you cannot get in or out of driveway. Driveway is at an incline. -Do you have any games at the cabin? Yes, there is an assortment of board games and card games for your enjoyment during your stay. (They are located in the large wooden cabinet on the left as you enter the front door of the cabin.) Also, the cabin is very close to the Golf Course, the Big Bear Alpine Zoo, and many other sites! -Do you have a barbecue grill? Yes, the cabin has a propane grill, located on the top deck outside the kitchen. If propane is empty you may refill and we will reimburse you. -Should we clean the cabin ourselves? The cabin is professionally cleaned after every stay. The cleaning fee that is charged goes directly to the cleaners themselves. -What do we do with the dishes and used linens? The linen towels, etc., may be left in the bathtubs in the bathrooms. Dishes, silverware, etc., need to be cleaned, dried and put back into the cabinets. There is a $25 fee for any dishes that the cleaners have to wash and put away. -When will I get my security deposit back? Security deposit is handled through Airbnb and is just a hold they place on the card for 48 hours after checkout. Registration Details CESTRP-2023-01700
