This charming, comfortable home is appointed with everything you need for your vacation. Enjoy evenings on the large deck, watching sailboats go by. Endless recreation nearby - 5 golf courses, parks, wineries, sailing, fishing, waterskiing, hiking and biking. Easy 67 miles from MSP / 44 miles from Rochester Upstairs includes the open and spacious living area, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms upstairs - one memory foam king bed and one queen bed, plus one full bath. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Downstairs has a separate cozy living area, queen bed and 3/4 bath. A large deck overlooks Lake Pepin and the walking path that takes you right to the marina. Please note, the main living area and kitchen are in the upstairs of the home and require going up one flight of stairs to access. Fast, reliable wi-fi and two smart TVs will keep you connected if you wish, but feel free to disconnect and just enjoy the view. This property is a duplex, with a tenant on the other half. The space is well-insulated for noise, but we appreciate you being conscientious. Once you're in town, park your car and walk or bike everywhere you'd like to go. Shops, restaurants, grocery store and marina are all within a few blocks. A code for the keyless entry will be provided for a seamless check-in. If you need anything during your stay, we'll be available to assist. Otherwise, the place is all yours. Lake City is an incredibly charming town of roughly 5000 people. It is the perfect place to get away from it all, while only an hour from Minneapolis and 40 minutes from Rochester. During the summer, town is vibrant with activity. You'll be within 3 blocks of downtown and the marina, with quirky shops and fun dining options.
