Heron’s Landing II, Your Private Studio - Steps To The Bay, Stunning Views The space Enjoy this fully equipped one room studio, just steps from Monroe Bay, in charming Colonial Beach. Wake up to the view of the sunrise reflecting off the bay right out the front door. Unwind to the spectacular color display of our sunsets. This studio is situated on the top floor of the detached garage and has its own own private entrance, accessed by a full flight of stairs. Inside the studio is a kitchenette with microwave, small dormitory sized refrigerator, single burner cooktop, toaster oven, blender and Keurig coffee maker. The full bathroom with shower has everything you need enjoy your stay. The studio is rounded out with a walk-in closet and combined sleeping and sitting area. Internet is provided. Stream shows and movies via your personal accounts. Guest access Studio guests have access to the decks, patio/grill and grounds of the main property. The owners occupy the main house a few weekends a month; you'll have it to yourselves much of the time. Also includes use of two beach chairs, two bikes and two kayaks/life jackets that can be launched from the dock. Renter assumes all responsibility for use. Other things to note This property is beautifully landscaped. The patio, decks and gardens are beautiful places to unwind. The private dock is just another wonderful feature for you to explore. There is a three night minimum for holiday and Colonial Beach event bookings. Please inquire about use of our boat dock for your boat during your stay. Our garage contains our personal property. Please feel free to use only those items included in the listing during your stay. Accidents happen. If you break something during your stay, please let me know and we’ll talk it through.
