We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, sunscreen, and towels, so you can head straight to the sand and start your vacation. The space Please note: No private parking is available. Limited, free street parking can typically be found on 1st Ave North in front of our property or on nearby side streets. The loveseat pulls out into a single bed for a third guest. BEDROOM & BATHROOM The bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet space. The bright bathroom includes a skylight and is stocked with essentials like a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries, white noise machine, and more. KITCHENETTE Ideal for light meals and simple cooking, the kitchenette includes a double-burner cooktop, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking essentials. OUTDOORS & EXTRAS The backyard is a shared space. Enjoy an outdoor table and chairs for two, plus beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach towels provided for your use. A NOTE ABOUT THE HOME The guest suite is attached to our primary residence, where we live with our two young children. While the suite is private, you may occasionally hear normal daytime household sounds. Most guests find the space quiet and comfortable, but we believe in being upfront so you know what to expect. Guest access CHECK IN & PARKING Check-in is self-guided and contactless. You can check in anytime after 3pm. Your custom key code will be provided to you with your check-in instructions and is valid until 11am on your check-out date. No private parking is available, but limited, free street parking can be found on 1st Ave North in front of our property or on either side street. Other things to note During your visit, we kindly ask that you treat our home, neighbors, and the community with respect. Please be mindful of trash, think “leave no trace” when enjoying the outdoors and help us keep the space clean and welcoming. Our non-negotiable house rules: ⧪ No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit ⧪ No pets ⧪ No parties or large gatherings ⧪ Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 7 AM ⧪ Only registered guests are allowed on the property For safety and security, the house is equipped with exterior cameras.
