Large and beautiful apartment of 47 m2, completely isolated and renovated (2014), furniture of character, able to accommodate up to 6 occupants (4 adults max), on the ground floor South of a small quiet residence of 1 floor located center-station and close to all amenities (shops, restaurant, cinema, swimming pool, nursery, skating rink and access to the slopes with intermediate station of the Télé Centre at 150m). The space The accommodation consists of 2 main rooms + mountain corner + kitchenette + bathroom. 2 bunk beds (with duvet layout + extra blankets) of 80 X 190 and 2 storage cabinets make up the heated mountain corner. Guest access The room of nearly 15 m2 is equipped with a low bed in 140 (including duvets+ extra blanket) and its bedside, 2 armchairs "sofa", a dresser and storage closet all, decorated with a flat screen 24'. In the kitchenette open to the living room, you will have a fridge with 4* "freezing" compartment of 17 liters, dishwasher, 3 glass-ceramic plates, roaster, microwave oven,coffee makers (including 1 Nespresso, exclusive use original capsules not provided), toaster...etc. The living room with a "Bed Express" sofa 140 (including duvet+ extra blanket) surrounded by a coffee table and a "sofa" armchair, receives a "dining area" of respectable dimensions and a low frame as well as a flat screen 32'. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Due to the configuration of the beds (double beds + bunk beds), the rental of the apartment is mainly intended for families with children and/or teenagers (up to 4 adults). The reservation must be finalized by the joint signature of a contract requiring the provision of the mailing address of the future tenant, their mobile number and email address. Any change of stay occurring after final reservation may give rise to a revision of the rate in force or a cancellation of the stay. Due to the local context, we regret that we are no longer able to provide linens and end of stay cleaning.
