Cool Ridge Little House

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee. The space This little house has one bedroom with a queen bed (sadly had to replace the sleep number bed), the other with 2 full sized memory foam beds. An air mattress is in the bedroom closet for extras. The bathroom has a bathtub shower. There are towels and wash clothes for your use. we supply toilet paper and some paper towels. There is a fully stocked kitchen with stove, frig, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, blender, crock pot rice cooker, pots, pans, dinnerware, knives, etc. A charcoal grill and utensils are also available. The back patio has a comfy sofa and chair with ottoman, a picnic table, and a couple of lounge chairs. The hot tub is set out on a slightly lower deck out from under the roof. there are steps to be aware of! There is a fire pit for your enjoyment. Firewood is available (donations are greatly appreciated) River access is a short walk either thru the field to our gate or down the road (walk or drive). Guest access You have access to the river just below the house for floats, swimming or fishing. We have a few ponds you can fish too. If you like to hike or wander on our 300 acre farm, let us know. Other things to note please be aware of extra fee per person after 2 guests and the cleaning fee. thank you We live in a country town/county. (We don't even have a stop light in the whole county!) Things close up early here and some are not open on Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Also, we are in a dry county. Nearest alcoholic beverage store is in Crystal Springs (Garland County) east of us.
