Thoughtfully designed for comfort, this getaway is ready to host your next unforgettable nature escape. The space Our open-concept home is designed for relaxation. Sleeping Arrangements: One bedroom with a queen bed; a second bedroom with two full-sized memory foam beds. (An air mattress is also available in the closet for extra guests.) Amenities: Features a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot), a charcoal grill, fresh linens and essential bath items. Outdoor Living: Relax on the back patio with a sofa, picnic table, and lounge chairs. Enjoy the private hot tub, a fire pit, and direct river access for swimming and fishing. Guest access Guests have full access to the river directly below the house for floats, swimming, or fishing. You are also welcome to fish in our private ponds. If you enjoy hiking or wandering on our 300-acre farm, simply let us know, and we will be happy to assist! Other things to note To ensure a smooth stay, please review these details: Occupancy: The home comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 7 guests; additional guest fees apply for groups larger than 4. Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee applies for groups of 6–7 guests. Pets: We are pet-friendly (3 pets max; 2 if over 60 lbs). A fee of $10 per pet, per trip applies.
