Main floor windows have all been professionally tinted which provides UV solar deflection for both comfort and privacy from the outside looking in. The main floor has an open floor plan with den/office, half bath, and a great room with living, dining and kitchen combined. Living area has an electric fireplace and brand new 75" Samsung smart TV, with all the popular streaming services. Very nice Room & Board mid-century sectional and custom built mid-century Walnut sideboard and open shelving unit behind sectional. High speed wireless internet with 1 Gig download speed. Our 12' x 14' deck is extended outdoor space that is south facing has both shade, sunshine, and beautiful backyard views of the professionally installed artificial putting green, with more than 450 square feet of putting surface for practicing in private. The backyard also has a 20' x 20' patio below the deck with stainless steel gas grill, and huge 10' x 16' Wood Pergola. There is aslo a 20' x 20' basketball court.
