2 Bedroom House with fenced in yard. 2 miles from downtown Syracuse. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, 1 bathroom, dining room, computer, 3 smart TVS with internet and cable VERY DOG FRIENDLY!! PETS OVER 30LBS MUST BE APPROVED. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines. All dogs must also be on flea and tick preventative care. (I have a dog so if are allergic to dog hair, keep this in mind). If more than allowed numbers of pets, message me to approve booking. The space This is my permanent residence and I stay with my family about 2 miles away when I rent it out. My personal belongings are in the house so I only ask that anyone renting is respectful to my decorations, furniture and personal items. Other things to note I am available to you 24/7.
