All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens. Perched atop a quiet bluff overlooking the lagoon and Pacific, you can hike 1 mile to the beach through immaculately maintained trails or 1 mile south to downtown Solana Beach and the Cedros Design District. The original record collection, wood paneling, beaded curtains, and pull-chain toilets keep the original funky-retro spirit alive. The brand new carpets, appliances, mattresses, and furnishings keep everything fresh. (We've added a few lava lamps too, just for fun). Enjoy foosball, ping pong, 2 smart TV's, and ample indoor/outdoor nooks and seating areas. Easy-going eclectic neighborhood near Solana Beach: - Enjoy the ocean breeze and breakfast at Naked Cafe - Watch some live music at Belly Up on Cedros - Seaside Market is our favorite grocery store - Walk to the train station in case you want a quick trip to LA or San Diego House Rules: * Very steep driveway. Maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. * NO SMOKING and no fire (candles included) anywhere on the premises except in the wood burning stove. * Voices carry at night from our hilltop so please bring all conversations inside by 10:00PM. * The yard is not fenced with steep surrounding terrain.
