The space AIRBNB/HOUSE RULES: - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ( UP TO 500$ FINE IF THERE IS NOISE COMPLAINT) - NO GATHERING OUTDOOR AFTER 9 PM - QUIET HOUR 9 PM - 8 AM - NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED - NO VISITOR ALLOWED - ONLY DISCLOSED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. - UNDISCLOSED GUESTS ARE ADDITIONAL 25$ GUEST PER NIGHT. - NO SMOKING/NO VAPING ALLOWED ($1000 PENALTY). - NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE. - NO USPS, FEDEX, UPS MAIL DELIVERY ALLOWED The house is newly renovated uand fully furnished with quality furniture, luxurious bed/bath essentials. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, olive oil, salt and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes. -4 bedrooms -2 baths -Dinning table for 6 guests -Outdoor sitting area -Charcoal grill -Smart TV- TCL Roku -Full size washer & dryer with provided detergent -Parking is free (can park 1 car in garage and 4 cars on driveway) -IMPORTANT !!! Other things to note - In order to protect our guests and our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed. -Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. - By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay. - The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.
