Unique mountain experience offered at the Boulder Bungalow! Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or an outdoor oriented adventure, we accommodate parties of 6 or less. Amenities include 1-2 person sauna, pool table, firepit, reasonably stocked kitchen, fiber optics, 2 small parking spaces, walk to river, walk to winery! 2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom. The downstairs has a separate entrance, and is where our luxury sleeping sofa and a second full bathroom are located. The space Enter through the red covered bridge and take a deep breath as you arrive to our swinging day bed at the foot of the property. The front door to our bungalow is 60 steps up the boulder field! Beneath the first landing deck is the firepit. After a rainy day, enjoy the sounds of the cascading creek beside you. The lower level is the recreation level, including a pool table, 55" smart TV, queen size luxury sleeping sofa, laundry, and a full bathroom. Exuberant natural light and treehouse feel in the upper level! This space functions as the main living area, commercial style kitchen, cozy wood stove, living space, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Between the two levels, there is an old "artist's cottage" we repurposed into our yoga room. This space offers 6 yoga mats, meditation cushions, a teak root stool, as well as a fully equipped 1-2 person sauna. Two sliding glass doors offer natural light in this space, as well as access to the open sun deck for you nature loving yogis! Guest access You will have private access to the entire property - including the home (upper and lower levels are not connected from the interior), plus the "Zen Den" yoga studio, plus the covered swinging day bed, plus the decks, firepit patio, and parking area - all to yourselves. Other things to note Heating and Air Conditioning: As of April 2024, we have installed mini splits! This works like a zoned central system, with 2 zones upstairs (one unit in each bedroom) and 1 zone for downstairs. Please note: You may control the temperatures at each unit as long as they stay on the same function (heat or cool). They will not work if one unit is set to heat and another is set to cool. Internet: Fiber optics! Parking: Paved and not steep! Enough for 2 small cars or 1 large truck/SUV
