The accommodation is located in the sunny village of Andonno, 14 km from the capital Cuneo. Andonno is the geographical gateway to the Maritime Alps Natural Park and is an excellent base for discovering the wonders of the Gesso Valley and other valleys. Linen included / Garage/ Wi-Fi. CIR0042330000004 READ THE CHECK-IN TIME NOTE. The space Slowhome is a 55-square-meter two-room apartment, located on the ground floor of a quiet condominium. It is the ideal solution for couples or single travelers. The accommodation was renovated in 2017 and is composed as follows: - bedroom with double bed. - Bathroom with shower and washing machine The bedroom and bathroom overlook a balcony overlooking the village. - living area consisting of a living room and a well-equipped open kitchen (appliances: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer). From the living area you can access another balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. You will have the garage at your disposal, which is also useful as a bicycle storage area. Linen included. Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note This is a tourist rental (pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c, Law 431 of 9/12/1998 and Article 4 of Legislative Decree 50/17). The lessor is excluded from the provision of meals and drinks, surveillance services, custody, cleaning and maintenance of the premises and furnishings, which the lessee must provide directly. Upon your arrival, you will be asked for your identity documents and to sign the lease, as required by law. ARRIVAL TIME: - From Monday to Friday, due to our work commitments, check-in can only take place from 5:30 p.m. (and by 10:00 p.m.). - On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there are no problems and check-in can take place between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., but in all cases the arrival time must be communicated as accurately as possible. We both work full time and live about 30 minutes by car from the apartment, so it is always necessary to make an appointment to collect the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any information, needs, or problems. CLEANING: The cleanliness of the accommodation has always been our priority, because we always want you to find the house and its amenities, just as we would like to find them on our holidays. Between one stay and the next, we guarantee a minimum break of 24 hours. After thorough cleaning (and adequate ventilation of the premises), we treat the surfaces with special disinfectants. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloth, bath mat, kitchen mat) are provided. All linens (including the sofa cover, mattress cover, bedspread and blankets) are replaced at each guest change. We wash everything carefully and with sanitizing additives. The towels and sheets are white and are washed at a high temperature. However, if you prefer to bring your own linen (specifically sheets and towels), please let us know at the time of booking and we will agree on a discount on the rental fee. We do not charge extra for cleaning costs, help us in this choice: the apartment must be returned in order, with dishes washed, kitchenette and refrigerator cleaned, garbage containers emptied and dirty linen folded, thank you.
