Please keep this in mind when planning your stay. Other things to note - 9 guests max - 3 cars max -we provide a reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent for your stay. - shampoo/conditioner, soap, zip lock bags, condiments, coffee, and charcoal are not included - no fires inside or outside the cabin. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged a fee plus damages -the gas fireplace is turned off except the winter months -No smoking. You will be charged a fee, charged an additional cleaning fee, and charged for damages. - No events - Do not approach wildlife - alcohol is not allowed in the hot tub. Only guests 18+ allowed in hot tub - no refunds for weather, power outages, or natural disasters -Please be aware that you do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the front door -Our cabin is in the mountains and the driveway is very typical for this area but just a heads up that coming up the hill it is a tight right turn on a gravel driveway. It is very manageable and you can always go past the driveway, turn around at the neighbors and have easy access as a left turn as you return if that is easier for you - no early check-in or late check out -road conditions/storm policy/weather This home is in a mountain location with a short, slightly steep driveway. Please plan your vehicle/transportation accordingly. No refunds will be given for road conditions or storms. If your vacation is during the winter months, please come prepared to drive in snow and/or ice to reach the cabin. While this cabin’s roads are typically easily accessible, inclement weather may arise. Plan accordingly with the type of vehicle that may be needed to access these roads in inclement weather scenarios.
