This luxurious Green Valley home has been professionally updated with southwestern comfort and beauty in mind. It has three bedrooms, three baths, a great room, and a den. The open floor plan and outdoor living spaces are great gathering places to enhance your time spent with friends and family. Mi casa es su casa; enjoy our golf clubs, walking sticks, games, books, DVDs, etc. There is so much to do and see here. We've compiled a notebook of some favorite adventures to enjoy in the area. The house is large (over 2400 square feet) on one level. It is an open floor plan with great room/dining area/kitchen, three bedrooms, three baths, den, and laundry room. The floor plan is a split bedroom which places one bedroom and bathroom in a separate wing. The additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the opposite side of the main living space. This allows everyone privacy and autonomy. The foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar are all one large open space. Enjoy the mountain view and voluptuous roses from the front courtyard and a back patio that has both a covered and an open air area with tables and chairs for reading, dining or bird watching. The house is adjacent to two of the seven local golf courses. We leave two sets of clubs that you're welcome to use. This house is located in a 55 and over community. One occupant must be 55 or over. The house is an easy drive to: Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum San Xavier Mission Towns of Tombstone and Bisbee Mt. Hopkins/Smithsonian Observatory Tubac, an artisans community Tumacacori National Historic Park Tucson Museum of Art Madera Canyon Saguaro National Park You will have access to the whole house as well as the front and back patios. The house is in a quiet neighborhood great for golfing, walking, and close to the newest shopping area. Sprouts grocery is relatively new to the neighborhood and has a great deli for quick meals and "to go" lunches on an adventure day. Shopping and two of the recreation centers are a bike ride away. A favorite park - Desert Meadows - is about a mile away as well. Please park in the driveway, not on the street. There is room for two cars. One occupant must be 55 or over. Guests under 18 are not allowed to stay over 30 days. Please no parties or events.
