Relax in our comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 storey house (226m2) in peaceful Kalkite away from the crowds. Cerovo House is perfect for a family getaway or holiday with friends. Sleeps up to 10 people. Listen to the birds and enjoy the fresh mountain air. All 4 bedrooms have king beds, the 3 beds upstairs can be split into 2 singles. The lounge room is spacious and there is a rumpus room and pool table. Solar panels and water tanks make this place eco-friendly. Pets are welcome for a small fee.. The space Great for families and friends who want to enjoy a quiet holiday. Warm up by the slow combustion fire or have a BBQ on the north facing deck and enjoy the views of Lake Jindabyne after a day skiing or walking in Kosciuszko National Park. Basic pantry supplies provided including-salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, oil, spices, cling wrap, baking paper and foil so just bring your food and drinks. Upstairs has a reverse cycle air conditioner for year round comfort as well as a Nectre slow combustion fire. All wood is provided. Downstairs has a gas log fire and electric heaters. Warm doonas in winter, cotton rich sheets and fluffy cotton towels provided. Read, play table tennis, pool, darts or board games, watch TV, enjoy the WIFI and music via the UE Boom3 portable speaker. Enjoy bushwalking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, swimming (in the warmer months) and skiing in winter in Kosciuszko National Park, 20 mins drive to Jindabyne and 50 mins to Thredbo or Perisher Ski Resorts. Pets are welcome, please bring their bedding and long leads and pick up after them. Dogs will enjoy the walks and swims in the lake but watch out for kangaroos and snakes. A doggie door is available on request. During winter from July-early Sept we have a 5 night minimum. During the rest of the year we have a 3 night minimum with check in on any day of the week. We have flexible cancellation with free cancellation up to 1 day before check in -only the Airbnb service fee will be charged (see Airbnb conditions) Guest access You will have the whole house and garden to yourselves. Upstairs is suitable for 6-8 people and contains 3 bedrooms with Sealy posturepedic king beds which can be split into 2 singles, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with plenty of seating, lounge area, double sofa bed and bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets. There is a reverse cycle airconditioner in the living area for year round comfort. A portacot, high chair, child gates and fireplace guards are available on request. Downstairs comprises a rumpus room, 1 bedroom, bathroom and laundry. The rumpus room has a king single bed, trundle bed and a fold out chair bed, pool table, and a wet bar to make tea and coffee. There's a PS2 and XBOX 360 and games for the kids. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, with Tempur mattress. The downstairs bathroom has been renovated with a soaking tub, shower and toilet. The guest laundry containing a washing machine and dryer is on the lower floor, outside the rumpus room, the key is on the hook near front entry door. The garage has parking for 1 car or the table tennis table can be set up. All mattresses are encased in Protect-a-bed anti-allergy mattress protectors. There are electric blankets on the beds. Note: Maximum of 10 guests only. Please let us know how you would like the beds made up on booking-king beds or singles. We will be following AIRBNB's cleaning and disinfection recommendations for COVID 19 to ensure you have a safe stay. On departure: Please take the sheets and mattress protectors off the beds and place them along with your used towels into the blue laundry bags provided in the rooms on departure. Please put rubbish and recycling into the bins and put kerbside on departure Other things to note Please note there will be some extra toilet paper provided but guests may need to purchase more for longer stays.
