Cozy upstairs room has double bed on futon sofa frame, equipped with a comfortable inner spring mattress. The room provides a desk with pull out keyboard tray, dresser, closet with double poles, storage shelves in and above closet, & large semi-private bath, linens, WiFi, and deck/garden during warm weather. We are open to hosting people that are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Please confirm in your inquiry that you are vaccinated. The space This cozy room is in a quiet and nicely furnished home in a quiet, safe, convenient to everything neighborhood. Linens and towels are provided. There is an electric teapot, cups, glasses, and tea upstairs in the bathroom. Linda works from a home office during the week days. The home is centrally located close to I-5, Jacksonville, Ashland, the Manor, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Britt Festival, Crater Lake, the Redwoods, the coast, jet boating, hiking, and many wineries in the area. Please inquire about special rates for undergraduate and graduate students doing unpaid internships. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the deck, porch, and garden areas. Guests may use fully equipped kitchen including space in refrigerator and pantry for light meal preparation only. Please no frying. At times during the summer, there are blueberries, tomatoes, and other edibles. There is parking off street for one car per guest room. The large bathroom is shared with one other guest room when occupied where guests have personal sinks, drawers, and towel bars. A rare Airbnb commodity, limited space for each guest room is offered in both the refrigerator and pantry only. During your stay We're happy to answer any questions about the local area, converse over a glass of wine occasionally, or leave guests completely alone as they wish. During the weekdays, Linda keeps a busy schedule, working from home. Other things to note We've enjoyed a number of longer term guests, often here completing work assignments, internships/rotations, or are moving to the area and waiting for permanent housing. We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. If you haven't booked a long-term stay before, Airbnb initiates payments once a month, not the entire amount all at once.
