Absolute best waterfront location in Scotts Head, a beautiful town on the mid north coast of NSW, with huge deck overlooking Little Beach. Fully furnished and fitted out as a 'home' rather than a holiday house. Modern, well supplied kitchen, spacious open design to accommodate up to 8 persons. The space Apart from the deck and kitchen mentioned above there are 2 adjoining living areas. One of these has a large tv screen with wifi internet access. You can log into your favourite subscription content channels when not looking out to sea from the day bed or deck! There are three bedrooms in the main house and a converted garage adjoining the house with a queen bed (potentially could be 2 singles) and a single bed. This annex has its own smart tv. Great for older kids or couples. There is new bathroom/laundry which has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer and a second bathroom with a spa bath and shower and a separate toilet in the main house. There is also a lovely outdoor shower with hot water and views of the ocean. Guest access Guests can access most parts of the property.
