Lofted sleeping area, kitchen with portable induction cooktop & Breville SmartOven, WiFi with Smart TV, Mini split unit with heat/AC, full bath and a closet for belongings. The space *Remodeled in May 2024 - The Lodge has a living room with a sofa, side drink tables, dimmable lights and a Roku TV. The lofted sleeping area is accessed by old wooden library stairs that slide out and has Quince linen bedding and a blackout shade on the window. Kitchen has an island for easy prep and stools for dining. Unique Appliances retro fridge/freezer with Duxtop portable induction cooktop and Breville Smart Oven. Basic kitchen supplies and spices for cooking and grilling at the charcoal camp grill. Two coffee makers - a Chemex and an automatic coffee maker. Coyuchi robes to use during your stay. Full bath has a cabinet for your storage needs, Quince waffle towels, Roz shampoo/conditioner and Koala Eco body wash supplied. Some recommended books for lakeside reading are at The Lodge along with some of our favorite boardgames. The closet area provides two luggage racks for your bags, hangers, 2 camp chairs for firepit and beach towels for use during your stay. We also have a Sonos system for listening to Spotify once connected to our WiFi. Added a closet, mini split unit with heat and A/C, kitchen island, full size refrigerator and more. **Must be able to climb up library stairs to get to the bed, not recommended if you have mobility issues. **There is room to sit up in the sleeping loft but not to stand, if you are claustrophobic take this into consideration when booking. **This is a rustic cabin with modern amenities but as we are in Northern Michigan there can be the occasional spider. **Please make sure to leave everything behind and let us know if anything was broken during your stay. You will be charged for missing items! **No kids or pets, 2 people only.
