The kitchen was custom-built with black granite worktop at the end of 2022 and was fully equipped at the same time (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, 4 ceramic hobs, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils, basic ingredients: condiments, tea, coffee...). The bathroom, which has also been renovated, includes a bathtub and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. The apartment is also equipped with built-in closets.
