Magnificent, spacious cottage with fantastic open-plan living area with comfy sofas, an impressive stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove, a dining table seating over 16, a superb designer kitchen with two, two door ovens, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, air fryer, slow cooker, and granite work surfaces. Outdoor hot tub, pizza oven, BBQ and fire pit. Tennis and play area on site. Accessible bedrooms with a profiling bed and wet room. A wonderful space for all the family. The space GROUND FLOOR LIVING The ground floor comprises a fantastic open-plan living area with comfy sofas, a magnificent stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove,, a dining table seating over 16, a superb designer kitchen with two, two door ovens, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, and granite work surfaces. A recent addition is a fantastic conservatory / garden room and hot tub. There is a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin, plus a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage has underfloor heating, finished with lovely, tiled floors, rugs, contemporary furnishings and decorations. GROUND FLOOR SLEEPING To the left of the hallway are two spacious bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with single profiling bed, with en-suite bath and shower. The second has a double and a single bed, with en suite shower We have also installed stylish grab-rails by the toilet and a large fold-down seat within the shower. We have toilet seat risers and shower chairs, if required. FIRST FLOOR The first floor comprises a family bedroom with a superking bed and a single bed, with en-suite shower room. There are also 2 double bedrooms – one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom. The sleeping accommodation is completed by a spacious triple bedroom (with three single beds), with an en-suite shower room, plus a small single bedroom especially suitable for a child. COTTAGE GARDEN To the rear of the cottage is a raised decked area looking out into woodland, with outdoor furniture. There is a private garden where you will see and hear the resident woodpeckers! There is a hot tub, a bar area with outdoor fridge, BBQ and pizza oven. There is also a fire pit that overs views across Wyre and to the Fylde coast. Guest access The entire house, outside areas, fire pit, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, hot tub, tennis court, football nets and children's swings. Other things to note We are a hamlet of 6 cottages on one site. We have Woodpecker Cottage, sleeps 16, Old Stable Cottage, sleeps 14, Piggeries Cottage, sleeps 10, Mole End Cottage, sleeps 7 and Partridge Cottage, sleeps 6. We accept group bookings and site exclusive bookings for up to 69 people. We are 5 star Gold award winning hamlet of cottages, and the perfect location for celebrations and get togethers.
