They are arranged in pairs, which allows everyone to have a private space while sharing the same house. Each room can be furnished with either a double bed or two single beds. You have two swimming pools, one of 15 meters long ideal for swimmers, and the other for the children with its Californian beach. You can indoors and outdoors under a shady vine, eat together. The farmhouse is nestled in the south of a lovely small hamlet perfectly quiet because in the middle of vineyards, olive groves and pine forests away from any traffic, but only 8 km from the small medieval town of Uzès (2 or 3 stars according to tourist guides). Many paths allow family walks, jogging, cycling in the surrounding countryside. Our rates include all charges: water, electricity, gas for barbecue, unlimited internet, all linens, end of stay cleaning ... Other things to note As owner of Mas de Foussargues we are required to ensure that our rental activity does not harm the neighborhood. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation and repeated complaints, we would risk being banned from continuing our activity, which would have serious consequences. Even though it is located in the countryside, Mas de Foussargues is on the edge of a particularly quiet hamlet, which we must preserve. The tenant agrees to comply with these obligations and to have them scrupulously respected by all guests in all circumstances. Aperitifs and other alcoholic evenings outside should be avoided because of the difficulty that may result for the tenant, even in good faith, in controlling the situation. The tenant agrees to take into account any call to order from the owner or the neighborhood and to immediately stop the reported nuisance. In the event that neighbors intervene for nuisance, the owner may, on the basis of this clause, terminate the rental immediately and definitively without any compensation for the tenant.
